Partner Program Terms

1. About These Terms

These Partner Program Terms (version v1.1) apply to anyone who joins the Viasimo partner program (a “Partner”, “you”) to refer customers to Viasimo (“we”, “us”) in return for a commission. You accept them when you tick the terms box on the partner application at affiliate.viasimo.com.

Separately agreed terms come first. Where you and Viasimo have agreed commercial terms in writing, for example a listing agreement with a comparison site, those terms apply instead of these to the extent they differ. These terms cover everything the written agreement does not.

Customers who buy through your link are covered by our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy, not by these terms.

2. Joining the Program

Joining is free. There are no sign-up fees, monthly fees or minimum sales.
You sign in with a Google account and submit a short application. A person reviews every application and may approve or decline it.
You only earn once your account is approved. Your referral link and code are issued at approval.
The details you give us must be accurate, and the name you give must match the account you want to be paid into.
One account per person or business.

3. How Referrals Are Tracked

Your referral link carries your code (?ref=YOURCODE). When someone arrives through it, we store the referral in a first-party cookie on viasimo.com for 30 days.
Attribution is last-touch: if the customer later arrives through another Partner’s link, the most recent link is credited.
If you have a personal promo code, a customer who enters it at checkout is attributed to you, even if they arrived through someone else’s link. Entering a code is a deliberate choice by the customer.
Purchases you make yourself, through your own link or code, earn no commission.
We can only credit what we can track. A customer who blocks or clears cookies, or buys more than 30 days after their last click, may not be attributed to you.

4. Commission

You earn a percentage of each attributed order once it is paid (a “settled” order). The standard rate is 10%. Your own rate is shown in your partner dashboard.
Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid for the order, after any discount.
Where we have agreed a minimum commission per sale with you, you earn that minimum or your percentage, whichever is higher. A commission never exceeds the amount paid for the order, and orders with nothing paid earn nothing.
If we change your rate, the new rate applies to orders settled after the change. Commissions already recorded do not change.

5. Hold Period, Refunds and Chargebacks

Each commission is held for 30 days after the order settles. After that it becomes available to pay out.
If the order is refunded, or a chargeback is decided against us, the commission on it is reversed. This applies inside the hold period and after it.
A reversal after the commission became available shows as a deduction in your balance, which can temporarily go below zero and is then offset against future commission.

6. Payouts

You can request a payout from your dashboard once your available balance reaches your payout threshold, which is shown in your dashboard, and you have added payout details.
We pay by PayPal or bank transfer, to the details you give us. Payouts are sent by a person, and we aim to send each one within 7 business days of your request.
Balances are shown and paid in euros. Orders placed in other currencies are converted at the exchange rate used for the order.
You are responsible for any tax on your commission and for fees charged by your own bank or PayPal account.
We may ask you to confirm your identity or payout details before paying, and may hold a payout while we look into a suspected breach of these terms.
Agreed terms take precedence. Where we have agreed separate written terms with you — for example that you invoice us on a monthly cycle, a different settlement deadline, no minimum threshold, or settlement in another currency — those agreed terms apply instead of the hold period in clause 5 and the payout process in this clause. Everything else in these terms continues to apply.

7. How You May Promote Viasimo

Promote Viasimo honestly and lawfully. In particular:

Disclose that you may earn a commission, as the law and the platforms you use require.
Do not make claims about our prices, coverage, speeds or refunds that our website does not support.
Do not send spam or unsolicited messages, and do not post your link where the community’s rules forbid it.
Do not present yourself as Viasimo or as acting on our behalf.
Do not force or disguise clicks on your link (for example cookie stuffing, pop-unders or hidden frames), or use any other method to claim credit for sales you did not refer.

8. Suspension and Leaving the Program

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud. Commission from orders that were fraudulent or that breached these terms is cancelled.
We may also end the program or your participation for any other reason by giving you 30 days’ notice by email.
You can leave at any time by emailing partners@viasimo.com.
Commission you earned in line with these terms before your account closed remains payable once it has cleared the hold period, subject to section 5.

9. Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms in substance, we will publish the new text on this page with a new version number and tell active Partners by email before it takes effect. Your account records the version you accepted and when you accepted it.

10. General

You act as an independent business. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission payable to you.
We handle the personal data you give us as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by applicable law.
