On a physical SIM the ICCID is usually printed in tiny digits on the plastic card. For a travel eSIM there is no card to read, so the number lives inside your phone. On an iPhone you find it under Settings, then General, then About, scrolled down to the eSIM section. On Android the exact path varies by brand, but it sits in the same About or SIM status screen.
